SAPCO Philippines Services Corp (SAPCO PH) provides end-to-end assistance to companies setting up and doing business in the Philippines. Established in 2017, SAPCO has a proven track record of facilitating the company incorporation, business registrations, accounting team set-up, and other business solutions to local and foreign companies with active operations in the Philippines. We currently serve more than 300 legally registered domestic and international clients. The firm is considered one of the fastest growing firms in the country with proven world-class service and industry-leading expertise.

Our History

It all started in 2017.

SAPCO was founded in 2017 by three practitioners who sought to offer practical, attentive tax and accounting services to the people and businesses in the local community. The firm name was lifted from the surnames (Santos, Alaba, Pelayo) of the founders whose teamwork has been tested for years by their friendship which started in college. Chynna, Clarence and Mary Rose then eventually Mark were certain that they had a better approach in accounting services and were decided to introduce it to the business realm. Their structured approach that involves alliance of a team proves to benefit their clients.

From a small number of regulars, the firm started growing with 30 clients in 2019. The rapid progress called for new branches in different parts of the country. As to date, three offices were already established to facilitate services for more than 300 clients in 2022. Branches are in Taguig, Sta Rosa, and Ortigas Extension. SAPCO has assisted clients to keep on the course, accomplish their goals, address financial threats, and affirm opportunities.

Before working with SAPCO, she has been renowned as a positive, flexible, and meticulous bank officer with more than six years of experience in the industry.

Ma. Clarence Marcelo-Alaba, CPA, MBA

Founder / Chief Executive Officer

Upon passing the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination in 2010, she worked with various prominent businesses in numerous industries including accommodation and food services, document management solutions, and non-profit organization

Mark Regine Pelayo , CPA

He is a highly competent individual who has a broad experience with supervising operations related to his clients’ legal compliances such as BIR, LGUs, and SEC.
